Docusaurus Migration

We’re excited to announce that the PCP R&D Processes website has a fresh new look. While all of the content you know and love remains exactly the same, you’ll notice a cleaner interface, faster load times, and several handy new features.

What’s stayed the same

• The content of existing pages and guides is unchanged.
• Links and downloads remain intact, so you’ll find everything in its usual spot.
• Navigation structure (sections, sidebars) follows the same organization you’re used to.

What’s new for you

• Smarter search
  Azure AI Search powers the new search bar (Ctrl + K). It surfaces results more quickly and ranks them by relevance.

• “Ask a question” chat
  If you’d rather chat than search, use the “Ask” button to get instant AI-backed answers without leaving the page. It can provide answers combined from several pages, something a search cannot offer. Please note that information is restricted to the website content and does not include information from the internet. Our content is certified against standards, but information on the internet is not.

• Harmonized look & feel
  The site’s colors, fonts, and footer now match the upcoming PCP ONEPOINT design, giving you a unified experience across our platforms. The updated PCP ONEPONT will be launched separately by the BMS team.

• Key links are available at the footer on every page Easy to find the key links (e.g., DMS, Templafy, SPI information, etc.)

• PDF downloads
  Instead of one very large PDF, it is split into sections (introduction, processes, guides, etc.) and made available in one zip file. A separate changelog PDF is included in the zip file, so you can see exactly what’s changed since the last release.

• Improved visualization on small screens
  Images, tables, and diagrams now resize gracefully on smaller screens, eliminating the need for horizontal scrolling. Perfect if you use an iPad or a mobile phone.

Getting started

1. Open the website with the link you already have.
2. Hit Ctrl + K (or click the search icon) to try out the new search.
   Enter text in the search box, and it starts the search as you type. Enter a question and press return to activate the virtual assistant.
3. Visit PDF Downloads (see footer) to grab the latest zip file with PDFs.
