Test Team
Test team is responsible for testing the integration of deliverables from development streams (system/product) to verify the system epics/epics and NFRs.
Description
A test team plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of products and systems. The test team has domain knowledge about the system and products to be able to verify the requirements (system epics/epics) and customer expectations. Test teams are established on both product and system level.
Responsibilities
- Defines the product/system test strategy and test plan
- Focus on business and customers' needs
- Defines and executes tests (automated/manual) and visualize the test results
- Monitors key test KPIs
- Starts testing in sync with other stakeholders
- Defines test report/summary and recommendations
- Provides the inputs for the decision to release
