Ex Component Responsible ExCR

The Ex component responsible (ExCR) has the responsibility for a specific Ex-certified module.

Description

This person is involved in a more detailed perspective for each product than the Ex representative.

Responsibilities

• Be a part of the configuration change control board (CCB) for product development.
• Assist in requirements definition for Ex perspective.
• Assist during the design of hardware, continuous involvement.
• Establish Ex-related items needed for certification.
• Ex perspective in user manuals and customer communications.
• Coordinate with a notified body.
