Master processes
The master processes manage the planning, prioritization, and visualization of all R&D activities. They drive the lean-agile mindset to continuously create value in increments and sprints and cover all levels of development - from software and hardware components to products and systems.
There are three master processes - System Stream, Development Stream, and Development Team. They are synchronized by the common SPI cadence, which sets the pacing for increments and sprints. Each increment and sprint starts with a planning session, followed by synchronization events and demos, and ends with a "retrospective" to reflect on past work and identify ways to improve.
